For school representatives
Submit team information
Provide your school profile and provisional squad. Nothing appears publicly until the organizer approves it. Player birth dates are used for age eligibility and to show each player's age on their profile. Do not include player contact details, home addresses or personal social accounts.

Athlete consent pack
Every player needs one signed form covering the indemnity, medical aid and doctor details, emergency treatment authorisation, code of conduct, and media permissions. A parent or legal guardian must sign for players under 18. Print one per player, collect the signed copies and hand them in at the registration desk before your first game.

Offline squad template (Excel)
Fill in your team details and up to 12 players, then email the file with your player photos to info@top10tournament.co.za. Name each photo with the jersey number first (e.g. 7_Axel_Nkosi.jpg) so we can match it to the right player.
