A Nation Under One Roof: Representing Every Corner of South Africa

South African school sport is often divided by geography, provincial leagues and clashing calendars. Teams can dominate their local circuit without ever crossing paths with their counterparts a few hundred kilometres away. The Top 10 Tournament bridges that divide. A coast-to-coast roster The early nomination list already reflects the breadth of talent across the country:
KwaZulu-Natal: traditional powerhouses Michaelhouse, Westville Boys High School and Maritzburg College bring elite depth and disciplined, physical play.
Eastern Cape: St Andrew's College carries the rich athletic tradition and tactical resilience of Makhanda.
Gauteng: high-tempo modern basketball is showcased by Clapham High School, Kings School Linbro Park and ESCA.
With three places still open as the selection process reaches its final stages, the objective stays clear: the final ten must represent the very best from across South Africa's provinces. When these programmes converge in Johannesburg on 2 December, regional bragging rights will be settled on the court.
Ten schools, three days, one national champion.
